MULTIDEX
Maltodextrin Wound Dressing
MULTIDEX brings topical nutrients to the wound site to create an ideal environment for the body to heal itself. MULTIDEX fills the wound site, rapidly mixes with the exudate, and forms a protective "coating" to create and maintain a moist environment beneficial for granulation tissue growth and epithelial proliferation. MULTIDEX powder and MULTIDEX GEL perform in the same way, except the gel has been specially formulated for the dry or minimally draining wound.
Effective in even the hardest to heal infected wounds, MULTIDEX controls odors, decreases the amount of purulent exudate, is nontoxic and is not absorbed systemically.

KALGINATE
Calcium Alginate Dressing
KALGINATE is a sterile nonwoven calcium alginate dressing manufactured with a heavier denier fiber which makes it thicker and more substantial than other calcium alginate dressings. Produced at DeRoyal's own textile mills in the USA, KALGINATE absorbs twice the exudate of other calcium alginate dressings and maintains its integrity after absorption both at the wound site and on removal. Available as a pad or a rope dressing.

FLUFTEX
Gauze Rolls and Sponges
FLUFTEX is a line of gauze rolls and sponges made of pre-washed, fluff-dried gauze. FLUFTEX's superior absorption and softness make it ideal for wound management, packing, prepping, cleansing and bandaging. FLUFTEX gauze rolls and sponges are made with finished or folded edges to prevent loose threads from entering the wound site.
FLUFTEX gauze rolls are also available with a radiopaque element, trademarked Raypaque, for use in packing and management of drainage during surgical procedures.

From gauze rolls to custom pads, DeRoyal Wound Care offers one of the largest selections of multiple layered 20/12 wide mesh and 44/36 fine mesh gauze dressings available. Special sizes, put ups, and burn packs are available upon request.

STRETCH NET
Tubular Elastic Dressing
STRETCH NET is the perfect dressing retention product for patients with fragile skin, for patients who are allergic to tape, and for patients who require frequent dressing changes. STRETCH NET actually reduces dressing time by providing quicker and easier application, inspection and re-dressing.
Available in 13 sizes from finger-size to extra large torso-size, STRETCH NET holds dressings securely, but comfortably in place.
