Description
Sheet form of bite wax, with same properties as cake form.
Made of pure, natural beeswax with no additives.
Wax softens easily under hot water.
Quebec Baseplate.

Durable, all-purpose wax that is hard but not brittle yet pliable.

Description
Soft wax used to bead round the edge of a functional impressions to preserve the peripheral roll prior to casting.
Designed for boxing impressions prior to pouring the model.
Wax assists in creating interesting pattern configurations.
Melts at 80°C / 176°F.
Available in regular (0.097 in.) and thin (0.040).
Used for border molding.
Specially formulated for hydrocolloid impressions.
Tacky but not greasy.
Adheres easily to trays.
Soft and pliable.
Tacky at room temperature but not greasy.
Once applied, it will adhere without heat.

It is used for build-up (border molding) as well as extending of impression trays and post-damming.
It is also used for beading impressions to preserve the peripheral roll and for filling sprue bases and mending patterns.
Fully refined to remove impurities, the wax sprue rods burn-out quickly without residue.
Perfect for building even the most demanding sprue systems.

Description
Economical bite registration wax.
U-shaped and designed for a fast precise retain of the situation.
U-shaped wax wafers with a foil laminated center.
Used for checking occlusal relationships.
Thin foil layer prevents teeth from biting through.
Copper particles provide uniform flow of heat and soften quickly.
Sets hard when chilled.
Product is dimensionally stable, will not shrink or distort as it cools and are ideal for checking and maintaining accurate occlusal records.
Bite sheets heat to "dead soft" when warmed (58°C / 135°F).
The sheets conform to the mouth to every detail and set by water or room temperature.

Description
Used to seal margins of copings, crowns, inlays and onlays.

This wax has a degree of fluidity that will allow it to flow and fit perfectly in cervical areas, with just the right elasticity and flexibility to produce sharp clean and accurate margins.
It is semi transparent, non-gummy, has a medium hardness, and high adaptation and stability to surfaces.
It will wet model surface without shrinkage and with minimal contraction or lifting.

Produce easily-visible margin edges, accurately draws off over imperfections in the die, and precisely defines the anatomy in the metal restorations.
Used for sculpturing inlays, onlays, full crowns, ceramic frameworks, implants and partial denture patterns.
Can be involved in crown preparations and direct wax-up of resin bonded bridges.

The wax as a high viscosity so it won’t run when molten.
That viscosity enable it to be used in the build up of a wax mass or the forming of edge mouldings.

It sets to medium hardness and has excellent carvability without being brittle or gummy.
It has a flexible memory and is a very malleable wax that can retain it's shape and will have a low-shrinkage (small contraction).
A white, enamel-like wax used to makes a more aesthetic case presentation (wax-up).

Description
A wax that is specifically formulated for arranging and articulating artificial teeth by providing a firm attachment of the artificial teeth to the base plate.
The wax is quite hard at room temperatures, but when it is softened, it become very tough, slightly tacky, and it allows considerable elongation.
This permits tooth placement without wax fracture.

The carves easily and boils-out cleanly.
While tooth arrangement is the primary indication, Set-Up Wax can also find other use in the lab.
Used in the construction of the wax rim in which the artificial teeth and molars are placed in the process of preparing a prosthesis.
Wax is tenacious, will not break easily and have exceptionally good handling properties.
Can be modelled to a desired shape while warmed and upon cooling, it will retain it's shape with great dimensional stability and excellent adhesiveness to the other dental materials involved.

Description
Used to make coping for inlay and onlay pattern by covering dies with a base coat of wax.

The die is dipped once into liquefied wax to produce a perfectly adapted, detailed, reproducible and accurate copings of wax that has an even wall thickness with sealed margins.
The coping allows virtually immediate and easy carving.
The crush resistant copings come off the dies clean while supporting flexible and sharp margins.

The wax has high elasticity (memory), burnout clean and has minimum shrinkage (consistent dimensional integrity).
The wax has also excellent scraping and cutting qualities, as it can be carved & shaped and will resist warping, breaking or deforming of the copings, giving it best fittings and easy adaption of the casted crowns.
Waxes developed for the requirements of inlay technique.
The wax is form-stable and contraction resistant (low shrinkage) from wax-up to burnout.
It will not to pull, flare, chip, crack, drag or expand at the margins even when being cast in extremely thin sections.
It will resists deformation due to handling and can be easily carved.
Will not become sticky or flaky or gum up instruments and will burn-out cleanly with no residue.

Description
The wax is also known as “model cement” and is used to hold or weld material or pieces together.
It can also be used to sprue connect or repairs wax patterns.

The wax is melted with a gas flame and used as a wax “glue”.
To remove the wax, just reheat it and it will melts cleanly away without residue.

The wax is highly tenacious (strong), hard, fast-setting and very adhesive.
It flows easily, sets firmly, and is rigid at room temperature.
The product is a pliable blue wax wire wound on spools.
Spools have center hole so that they can be placed on a round dowel and unwound as needed.

These waxes can easily be handled, shaped, formed and worked together with a heated spatula.
Different sizes and shapes can be joined together to develop a model.
This high quality, pliable wax is ideal for producing lingual bars and retentions.
While extremely flexible, this wax is strong enough to be twisted or bent to conform to any shape without cracking or breaking.

Different stock shapes are available with gauges ranging from 6 through 20.

The wax wire on rolls is very economical in terms of consumption, because only the amount actually required needs to be cut, thus providing excellent value for money.

Sometimes new braces can be irritating to the mouth, especially when the patient is eating.
A small amount of relief wax makes an excellent buffer between metal and mouth.
Simply pinch off a small piece and roll it into a ball the size of a small pea.
Flatten the ball and place it completely over the area of the braces causing irritation.

When appliance is irritating soft tissue, patient can apply wax for rapid relief from irritation.
